Maple Walnut Fudge2 cups packed brown sugarhalf of a 10 oz can evaporated milk 1/2 pound butter 2 cups powdered sugar 1 cup walnuts 1/2 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 teaspoon maple flavoring
Like a 9x13-inch pan with aluminum foil or parchment paper, then butter the foil or parchment; set aside. In a medium saucepan, combine sugar, butter and milk. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Reduce heat very slightly and boil exactly 10 minutes while stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add powdered sugar, vanilla and maple flavoring. Mix thoroughly with hand mixer on medium until thick and glossy - just a couple of minutes. Fold in walnuts and pour in prepared pan. Refrigerate until set. 1-2 of 2 reviews Would make this again. My son in law loves this and I finally found the receipe. His Mother used to make it before she died. Would make this again. I was looking for this receipe for a very long time. It was very easy to make. If you want creamier softer fudge Instead of 5 oz evaporated milk , use 7 to 8 oz. Much better!! e
