Would make this again.
Me and my classmates used this recipe for our activity in our Home Ed class. It really is delicious and flavorful. The taste of the oat blended with the bar which gave it a distinct flavor from any other recipes. Because of this recipe, my hate for butterscotch bars had vanished. Really a good one. Thank you very much for posting and sharing you recipe. ^_^

I substituted half of the butter for fat free sour cream, and it was still delicious!

Yummy. I used cinnamon chips instead, but it's a good oatmeal bar base to put any kind of chip in. :-)
